“Capital” French magazine has just published its 10th edition of its "Best Employers 2024" ranking. Arkema is among the top three of France's 500 favorite companies, taking 3rd place, up from 5th last year.
A fine recognition for Arkema, reflecting the Group's efforts to constantly improve the quality of life at work.
Capital magazine has once again teamed up with the Statista institute, which conducted a totally anonymous and independent online survey from September 20, 2023 to October 17, 2023. 20,000 employees and 2,100 companies were identified.
The survey measures French employees' satisfaction with their employer and working conditions. Our employer brand was rated this year by our employees and others in the "Chemicals and Petroleum" sector, with a score of 8.37/10.
In the "Petroleum and Chemicals" sector, Arkema retains its N°1 position, out of the 43 companies analyzed.
