Human Resources Policy

Bostik's global human resources policy is based upon the development of its talents in a culture of respect and equal opportunities.

The human resources program based upon its global policy is build around four cornerstones:

 Mobility
 Training
 Development
 Recognition

For its key people, Bostik has established the B Stronger Program.

It is based on the analysis of the gap between existing and required skills. Its aim is to reinforce recruitment and career development planning, acquisition and retention of talents as well as group training programs.

The B Stronger Program meets its objectives through performance evaluations, structured training programs, internal promotion policy, identification of talents…
It is run in all affiliate organisations in line with local
requirements.

In 2008, Bostik has created its own University which is a part of the worlwide B stronger program. This program will allow managers from different regions to share their best practices, to swap their problems and their successes, to develop and strengthen their abilities taking into account the rapid changes in their business.

Cultivating talent

Since 2008, University sessions combine seminars, conferences, debates, workshops, site visits, meetings with external and internal experts to make them a real development and fulfilment opportunity. The Bostik University is a crucial component to fuel manager engagement and make them fully-fledged ambassadors with their teams.
