Bostik UK has been awarded the Light Building Materials ‘Supplier of the Year Award’ at Jewson’s annual conference and supplier exhibition earlier this month. Jewson is the UK's leading supplier of building products and materials with over 500 branches across the country.
The award was presented to Tony Davison, Bostik’s managing director, and Chris Alderson, Bostik's construction and consumer director, after the company invested significantly in growing its partnership with the builders’ merchant at both a central and local level.
On winning the award, Tony Davison from Bostik UK, commented: “It is a fantastic achievement to have picked up the award in a category where there was considerable competition. We pride ourselves on building strong, proactive working relationships with all of our partners, ensuring the right support is given at every level and investing in key areas such as merchandising, POS, promotions and staff training.
