In order to be competitve, we are innovative, and have structured our innovative efforts around five main axes:

a Corporate Department of Innovation to set guidelines and encourage productive exchanges  
annual meetings and Innovation Forum gathering experts for enhanced cross-fertilisation of ideas
in-house prizes to stimulate and reward  creativity   
dedicated communications tools
various processes to generate, secure, accelerate and monitor innovation

In order to further optimize this organisation, Bostik uses the 
Stage-Gate new product development process which insures maximum efficiency in product development from the idea stage to the commercial launch of the product.

This method has two major assets: it integrates all the appropriate players at exactly the right moment, from R&D through to Production and Marketing, and allows a stringent selection of the best projects.
