- 31st March – Closing Date for Entries
- April – First Stage Judging & Shortlist Announced
- May/June – Judges’ Visits (up to 90 minutes per shortlisted business)
- 1st October – Octabuild Awards 2026 Ceremony
The judging process includes detailed reviews and in-person visits, ensuring the Octabuild merchant awards recognise genuine excellence and best practice in the sector.
