Product overview

Supergrip 90LE is a solvent-free, one-component, moisture reactive polyurethane prepolymer adhesive. No CMR classified. This product, supplied in solid form, can be applied with a drum melting system or a bulk melter. Once dispensed, the adhesive will react with ambient moisture or water content of the substrates to yield a cross-linked thermoset adhesive. Heat is not required during the curing step.

Applications

Supergrip 90LE has been developed for textiles, abrasive substrates and others laminated substrates (flexible or rigid ones) Ex: PU, foam. Good nozzle application behaviour for high speed process.
