M98 ELASTOSOL
Elastosol
Product overview
Elastosol M98 is an interweld sealer. It is a high viscosity paste at room temperature which means that it exhibits excellent wash-out resistance during the cleaning and pre-treatment processes. Elastosol M98 is free from chlorine and does not contain epoxy.

| Important | Before embarking on any work involving Elastosol M98 the safety data sheet should be carefully studied by those carrying out the work. |
| Recommended Use | Elastosol M98 has been developed for use as an interweld sealer that is applied to oily steel and then welded through in the uncured state. Elastosol M98 may be heated up to a maximum of 60°C to increase the rate of application. Efficient extraction systems are recommended at this stage of the process. Elastosol M98 cures in the electrocoat paint ovens to form a flexible seal between spotwelds. |
| Shelf Life | 12 months from date of manufacture, unopened in original container stored under the above conditions |
