The Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge includes many of the same amazing perks as the adult version, such as outstanding goodie bags, challenging obstacles, incredible venues, hot showers and spot prizes. There is a 1.5km course for school years 3 to 4 and a 3km course for school years 5 to 8.

Youngsters were not afraid to get down and dirty as they braved the mud and obstacles at this year’s junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge.
This year the Challenge had over 10,000 children take part and each one received an ITM Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge medal. The season has now been completed with the last race being held in Rotorua end of August.
Events Promotions Ltd sponsorship manager Sandra Kai Fong thanked Bostik New Zealand for their support with Amos Glue Sticks, Blu Tack, and other Amos Crafting products contributing towards major spot prizes for each event.
