Method Of Use | - Substrates should be clean, dry and free of contamination. - Spray rigid substrate at the rate of approx. 150g/m2 wet. - Dry for approx. 3 minutes at 80°C. - Adhesive activation temperature should be 43-54°C in the bondline. - Vacuum pressure should be held at 600mm Hg for at least 10 seconds |
Recommended Use | Bostik LADH1211E was designed for the assembly of interior trim components of automobiles. It is a low viscosity blue-green liquid, designed to be spray-applied to a variety of substrates, particularly un-primed PP. It is suitable for vacuum forming with un-primed polyolefin foam. It is a non-toluene version of LADH 1920. |

Shelf Life | 4 months from date of manufacture, in closed original container stored under the above conditions. |
Storage | Store closed in original containers in a dry, well ventilated, flameproof area within the temperature range +10°C to +30°C. |
