SL-175™

SL-175™ is a premium, cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed to create smooth, flat, and level surfaces prior to the installation of floor coverings. Featuring a high-performance calcium aluminate formulation, SL-175 offers excellent flow, extended working time, low shrinkage and superior leveling properties for demanding commercial and residential applications on, above or below grade. It can be installed from 1/8" to 2" neat and up to 5" when properly extended, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of floor preparation projects.
In addition to serving as a high-performance underlayment, SL-175™ can also be used as a durable wear layer when a natural concrete appearance is desired. Compatible with topical stains, dyes and surface treatments, it can offer expanded decorative design possibilities while providing fast-track installation benefits. Walkable in just 1 to 2 hours, resistant to mold and mildew and suitable for pumping applications, SL-175 provides reliable performance for both new construction and renovation projects, including installation over green concrete. SL-175™ also contributes points toward LEED™ certified projects.
