VITEL 2200B.F
VITEL 2200B.F is a thermoplastic, high molecular weight, aromatic, linear saturated polyester resin. It is a hard resinous amorphous polymer exhibiting high tensile and low elongation with superior scuff resistance.

This resin finds specialised use either alone or modified in applications where high cohesive strength is of prime importance. VITEL 2200B.F can be used in heat seal coating applications providing a non-blocking surface. Major applications include pigment binder for inks, primer or clear top coatings. It is most frequently applied from solution, solvent selection is important. It is soluble in ethyl acetate or toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl ethyl ketone/toluene blends, cyclic ethers, chlorinated or stronger solvents. When used via extrusion, the resin must be dried first.
