In celebration of World Environment Day 2022, Bostik Indonesia, took part in Bostik’s collective goal towards sustainability and the fight against Climate Change with a tree planting activity held in the vicinity of the Head Office.
Highly urbanized areas reduce green spaces and the natural environment, further contributing to our warming climate. Through this initiative, Bostik Indonesia hopes to inspire others to help increase green spaces within cities to help increase natural carbon sinks in urbanized areas.
Natural carbon sinks such as the soil, oceans, and forests help absorb carbon dioxide in our atmosphere. With collective efforts to increase green spaces and to protect these resources, we are able to work towards a more stable and sustainable environment for us and for generations to come.
