Slab-Cote Extreme Moisture Vapor Barrier Coating is a top-tier, single-coat, two-component, 100% solids epoxy designed to significantly reduce moisture vapor transmission and surface alkalinity from substrates. This advanced coating meets ASTM F 3010-13 standards for moisture mitigation systems, making it ideal for use under resilient flooring. With 0 VOCs (as calculated per SCAQMD Rule 1168), low odor, and solvent-free properties, Slab-Cote ensures a safe and eco-friendly application. Its unique formulation features a gel-like end of pot life indicator, and while material left to cure in the pail will get hot, it will not smoke excessively. Choose Slab-Cote for reliable and efficient moisture vapor barrier protection.
