SAF30 5
The SAF range is made of patented methacrylate adhesives and shows unmatched performance in term of resistance and flexibility. These adhesives have been designed for bonding a wide range of dissimilar substrates including metals and plastics as well as composite materials for industrial applications. Strong and Flexible Structural Adhesive
Backed by Arkema’s expertise, Bostik’s SAF structural adhesive product line is designed with patented methyl methacrylate technology. Comprised of five distinct grades, these strong and flexible solutions offer top tier elongation and elasticity as well as unmatched chemical, environmental, mechanical and fatigue resistance for many industry applications.
Additionally, with a smart viscosity formulation, these structural adhesives reduce product waste and improve application accuracy. Requiring minimal surface preparation, the SAF product line further enhances operational efficiencies, saving manufacturers time and money.
SAF30 5 SA in particular features a cure time of approximately five minutes and is ideal for the following applications:
- Electrical wire fixtures
- Bracket bonding
- Fast-setting applications
With excellent environmental resistance and non-sag application, it is also recommended for the following substrates:

- Composites: polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, acrylic (elium)
