Bostik STIX A740 MULTI BEST is a resin modified, solvent-free acrylic adhesive for use with resilient floor coverings.The adhesive's unique formulation offers extremely strong wet bonding whilst also providing a long open time.
Offering pressure sensitive characteristics and low VOC emissions (EC1), the multi-functional STIX A740 MULTI BEST is recommended for use with homogenous and heterogeneous PVC sheet and tiles, LVT (design flooring), linoleum, rubber flooring (max 4mm)*, thermal acoustic underlays and most textile floor coverings.
Double drop and contact bonding can be carried when applying onto dense surfaces or for coving requirements.
*Always check with rubber flooring manufactures to ensure acrylic type adhesives are recommended with their specific product.
Note: for PVC backed carpets we recommend the use of Bostik STIX A550 POWER ELASTIC adhesive. For fibre bonded carpets, we recommend Bostik STIX A520 TEX POWER or Bostik STIX A530 CARPET.
