Our locations

Bostik's UK headquarters and largest site in the country, the Stafford plant has a rich history dating back to 1932 when Evode Limited was founded here, going on to develop the iconic Evo-Stik brand. Based on Common Road since 1954, the site has grown into a major manufacturing operation spanning 25 acres, with one of the largest teams in Bostik's UK network.

The site's six factories produce over 700 products across adhesives, sealants, chemicals, and bitumen-based solutions for the construction, consumer, and industrial markets. Stafford is also home to a technical centre and the Bostik Academy, which features hands-on demo areas and a purpose-built training theatre.

The site is committed to developing its people through third-party courses and apprenticeship opportunities, and plays a central role in driving standards across the wider UK business.

Sustainability is embedded in the site's future. Stafford runs on 100% renewable energy, has introduced bio-based products to market, and is targeting a 70% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. Investments in a new steam boiler and process emissions reduction are already underway, alongside a shift to post-consumer recycled packaging across the product range.

On-site parking is available with electric vehicle charging. Junction 14 of the M6 is less than two miles away, and Stafford station is just a short drive from the site. Facilities include labs, a canteen with an outdoor area, and the Bostik Academy training facilities.

One of the longest-established sites in the Bostik network, the Leicester operation has roots stretching back to 1898 when the Boston Blacking Company was first incorporated in the city. The current site has been in operation for over 90 years - and is perhaps best known as the birthplace of Blu Tack.

Today the site manufactures Hot Melt Butyl products used in building insulation, window systems, and cladding for construction markets in the UK and internationally. The site has seen significant and sustained investment in recent years, with millions of pounds committed to infrastructure and equipment modernisation.

Safety is a point of real pride here - the site has achieved over 16 years without a lost time injury, one of the strongest records across the UK business.

On-site parking is available, and the site is well connected to Leicester's main road network.

Located in North Yorkshire, the Dalton site has been in operation since 2004 and is the only Bostik cementitious manufacturing plant in the UK. A small, specialist team produces powdered products including self-levelling compounds and tiling grouts for the professional flooring market, as well as general purpose mortar for DIY consumers.

On-site parking is available, and the site is located just off the A1M/A168. Thirsk train station is around seven miles to the north. Facilities include a QC lab and staff canteen.

The Kidderminster site has been in operation since 1979, originally as Ashland Specialities before becoming part of Bostik in 2022. Set across 5.3 acres in Worcestershire, the site is home to a team of around 60 people.

The site produces solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesives, coatings, and two-part systems used across a wide range of industries - from car wrapping and window films to tapes, labels, and medical applications. It also houses an R&D centre developing products across the full range, and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The site actively supports apprenticeships and offers work experience placements for local college students, with a focus on bringing new talent into the business.

Sustainability is a real focus here, with recent investment in a new Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser and energy recovery from air compressors delivering a significant reduction in CO2 emissions.

On-site parking is available, and Kidderminster station is nearby. The M5 (junction 3) and M42 (junction 1) are both within around 30 minutes' drive. Facilities include labs and a canteen.

The Siroflex site in Barnsley has been in operation since 1993 and is today home to a small, close-knit team.

This is where you'll find the OB1 brand and SX Siroflex label, along with the team managing private label requirements for Bostik across the UK. The site is also home to a forward-thinking marketing department that leads the way across social media platforms for the wider Group.

The site supports apprenticeship opportunities for those looking to start their career, and has trained mental health first aiders on hand alongside first aiders.

Recently refurbished offices with standing desks and ergonomic chairs, a new canteen, outdoor seating with a grassy area, and the OB1 Academy training room are all on site. There's secure on-site parking with electric vehicle charging, and Dodworth train station is a short walk away. Junction 37 of the M1 is just a mile from the site.

Based in West Yorkshire, the Wetherby site is an Arkema centre of excellence for photoinitiators and graphic arts, and part of the wider Arkema family alongside Bostik. Originally established as Lambson Limited in the 1960s, the business moved to its current location in 2015 before being acquired by Sartomer/Arkema in 2019.

The site operates as an R&D centre, focused on developing photoinitiator and UV resin technologies within the Sartomer product range. A small, specialist team of around 20 works across synthesis, application, and analytical labs - three of which were upgraded to state-of-the-art facilities in 2023–2024. The site also maintains an unblemished safety record.

On-site parking is available, and the site is located just off the A1(M) with bus links to both Leeds and York. Wetherby town centre is also within walking distance.

Located on the southeast coast of Ireland in County Wicklow, the Arklow site has been in operation for over a decade, manufacturing tiling adhesives and serving as a distribution centre for all Bostik products across the region.

The site produces a growing range of adhesive products, having expanded production by 150% since being acquired by Bostik. It also maintains a strong safety record, with five years free of lost time accidents.

Recent investment has included automation of the bagging plant, further increasing production capacity and efficiency. The site also has electric vehicle charging points on site.

On-site parking is available, with the M11 motorway exit just 300m from the plant and a train station in the local town. Facilities include a lab, canteen, and meeting room - all set in an excellent coastal location.

Our teams across the UK work together to develop, manufacture, and deliver the adhesive solutions that industries rely on every day. Whatever your background or expertise, here's a look at the departments that make it all happen.

Our R&D teams drive innovation across Bostik's product range - developing new adhesive technologies, improving existing formulations, and ensuring our solutions stay ahead of market and regulatory demands.

Typical roles include Process Engineers, Production Operators, Production Managers, Maintenance Technicians, Project Engineers, and QHSE Advisors.

Our commercial teams connect Bostik's innovations with the customers who need them.

This spans Sales (building customer relationships, understanding requirements, and driving loyalty through quality solutions), Product & Marketing (positioning products effectively in our markets and identifying growth opportunities), Procurement (sourcing raw materials, energy, goods and services to underpin business performance), and Supply Chain & Logistics (managing the flow of goods, data and finances from raw material through to end-customer delivery).
