Our hot melt powder transfer print adhesives stem from our acquisition of Fixatti and are part of our specialty hot melt adhesive portfolio. These adhesives are available in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), copolyester and copolyamide chemistries.
TPU Transfer Print Adhesives
Our TPU hot melt powder, transfer print adhesives work well for both direct-to-film and direct-to-garment processes and can be used across fabric types, including spandex and neoprene. They are available in fine grain particle sizes designed to melt uniformly into fabric fibers and allow the fabric to yield a soft-hand feel. These transfer print adhesives also offer:
- Excellent stretching and wash resistant capabilities to help maintain textile flexibility for high quality appearance and durability over time
- Broad compatibility to textile materials including fiber blends, cotton and Lycra to reduce transfer print production changeouts and streamline processes
- Compatibility with VOC-free, silicone inks and ability to fuse at low and medium temperatures to help reduce carbon emissions and energy usage

Copolyester Transfer Print Adhesives
Our copolyester, hot melt powder transfer print adhesives are designed for traditional transfer print processes and work well on polyester and cotton fabrics. They are formulated specifically to provide a consistent chemical structure that resists dye migration and maintain print clarity. These transfer print adhesives also offer:
- Excellent wash resistance to mitigate cracking over time
- Non-halo effect capabilities to allow for clean edges and precise details that intricate design and text applications require
