Bostik launched a brand-new virtual reality tool at the annual Global DIY Summit that took place from 7-9 June 2017 in Berlin. At this conference we presented our latest product and marketing innovations for the DIY sector under the brands Sader, Evo-Stik, MEM and Quelyd.

Bostik launched a brand-new virtual reality tool at the annual Global DIY Summit that took place from 7-9 June 2017 in Berlin. At this conference we presented our latest product and marketing innovations for the DIY sector under the brands Sader, Evo-Stik, MEM and Quelyd. In line with the innovative solutions we showcased at our stand, we also unveiled the brand-new virtual reality Bostik DIY House showing the use of Bostik home improvement products in a real-life home environment.

Bostik had an exhibition stand at the conference and the centrepiece of our exhibit was the Bostik DIY House which took visitors on a virtual tour of a real-life home where Bostik products have been used. Along the way, visitors learned more about the benefits and applications of Bostik’s newest home improvement products through a series of ‘hot spots’ and related video content.

About DIY Summit

The event, which was jointly hosted by the European DIY-Retail Association (EDRA) and the European Federation of DIY Manufacturers (fediyma), attracted over 1,000 senior executives from 50 countries. With this year’s theme as ‘A New Era – A Glimpse into the Future of Home Improvement’, the summit represented a unique forum for retailers and manufacturers to debate the current and future trends which are likely to impact the global DIY market. Furthermore DIY Summit was an excellent opportunity to network with top management of the big retailers.
