PROJECT OVERVIEW
Before refurbishment in 2018 and 2019 the centre consisted of 1 supermarket and approximately 60 shops. After the improvements and completion, the centre comprised of 230 stores with a cost of $790m development.
THE CHALLENGE
The client required high-quality construction sealants for visual concretes panels, as well as external fire-rated sealants, and a strong floor tile adhesive for highly trafficable areas.
RESULT
The centre started to upmarket: high-end clothing outlets, specialist shops, superior restaurants rented a space due to superb construction especially on concrete panels and well-tiled floors. These improvements aim to provide a safe, well-designed, and long-lasting establishment for mall-goers to enjoy.
OUR SOLUTION
Seal N' Flex 1 A one-component, high-performance polyurethane sealant with excellent durability and flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement
Fireban One An intumescent, low modulus, Class A polyurethane fire rated sealant, with STC 60 rating
Conflex Adhesive A flexible commercial-grade grey adhesive, fast setting, and high bond strength which was applied all through the floor areas
