SL-250 Light™

SL-250 Light™ is a lightweight, calcium-aluminate-based self-leveling underlayment designed for interior applications where the weight of traditional self-leveling products may exceed allowable floor load requirements. Formulated to create smooth, flat or level surfaces for finished floor coverings, SL-250 Light can be installed from 1/4" to 2" in a single lift without the need for lightweight beads or a conventional topping layer. Its lightweight formulation helps reduce dead load while simplifying installation and accelerating project schedules.
Suitable for both barrel mixing and pumping applications, SL-250 Light™ offers excellent flow, extended pour-merging properties and fast return-to-service performance. The underlayment is walkable in just 2 to 3 hours and can receive finished floor coverings in as little as 16 hours. Compatible with adhesives approved for concrete, it can be feather-edged to meet existing elevations, resists mold and mildew and can remain exposed to normal construction traffic for up to 12 months. SL-250 Light™ also contributes points toward LEED® certified projects.
