Thermogrip^® 2985

DESCRIPTION
Thermogrip 2985 is a general purpose, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive ideal for permanent label applications. In addition to offering a good balance of tack and shear properties as well as die-cutability, it exhibits moderate heat resistance and shear strength. This product can be used on a variety of face stocks and adheres to a wide range of surfaces, increasing manufacturing flexibility and improving performance capabilities.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored 365 days in a clean dry place, in its original package at an average temperature of 77°F (25°C) or below. Storage temperature should not exceed 104°F (40°C.)

STORAGE & HANDLING
Wear safety gloves and goggles when handling molten adhesive to minimize the risk of burns.

CLEANUP PROCEDURE
Mineral oil or paraffin wax are recommended for cleanup but should not be used at temperatures that exceed the flash point as stated on the SDS. This procedure should be followed by a thorough purge with the adhesive.
