Thermogrip^® H1955

Bostik’s Thermogrip^® H1955 is a hot melt adhesive ideal for extrusion process applications, such as lidding and individual container packaging. H1955 has a low heat seal activation temperature starting at 160°F, which is much lower than other products on the market. As a result, this feature enables the lidding adhesive to prevent burn-through, allowing customers to use more cost effective or thin gauge materials. This lidding adhesive offers excellent and consistent peel force at elevated temperatures as well as superior adhesion to various films. These films include polypropylene, polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate. With excellent blocking resistance, this lidding adhesive prevents two surfaces from sticking together. This ability allows the film/substrate to be easily unwound without tearing or damaging the print, improving operational efficiencies.
