Bostik announced it will co-exhibit with parent company Arkema and feature new, innovative adhesives ideal for transportation and all composite applications at this year’s CAMX, September 23-26 2019 in Anaheim, CA.
As North America’s largest and most comprehensive event for composites and advanced materials industry, CAMX offers over 250 educational sessions for attendees to learn about key developments, trends and challenges in their market in addition to walking an extensive show floor with more than 8,000 exhibitors.
This year, Bostik is proud to reveal its latest line of innovative adhesives, Born2Bond, designed to improve processes while enhancing bond strength for a variety of applications, such as composites and electronics. In particular, this product line includes Bostik’s Born2Bond Repair solution, which combines the strength of an epoxy with the speed of an instant adhesive. Additionally, its Light Lock HV adhesive increases operational efficiencies with a dual cure system and improves worker safety with its low odor formulation.
The company also will feature its line of methyl methacrylate, structural adhesives ideal for many transportation and general assembly applications, such as stringer bonding, flooring panels, signage and wind blades. Able to increase production speeds, these structural adhesives are a lightweight, flexible option that require little-to-no surface preparation and yield improved product performance and aesthetics.
Bostik’s web adhesive technology will also be highlighted during the show, offering an easy to use bonding solution that reduces product wastes and can enhance appearance of finished products.
Speaking in advance of the event, Shawn Cissell, Bostik’s Business Development Manager, said, “This year’s CAMX is an especially exciting one for Bostik, as it marks our first time highlighting our new Born2Bond products, which possess state of the art polymer chemistry and superior application performance. I look forward to speaking with other industry professionals about their bonding needs and finding a solution together.”
