MIX X510 BOSCOSEAL ADMIX is an integral crystalline waterproofing material designed to waterproof and protect concrete from within. Comprising Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand, and a unique blend of active chemicals, this admixture transforms ordinary concrete into a robust barrier against water ingress. When mixed into concrete, the active chemicals react with free lime and moisture present in the concrete's capillary tracts, forming an insoluble crystalline structure. These crystals effectively fill pores and minor shrinkage cracks, preventing water infiltration while allowing the concrete to breathe.
