Linerless Label

As label manufacturers, printers and converters know, linerless labels for deli weigh scale, mobile thermal printer, retail, quick-service restaurant and e-commerce and logistics applications and are an ideal way to address sustainability pressures when compared to traditional, linered labels while also increasing label throughput and reducing manufacturing costs overall. However, manufacturing these labels can be challenging when using a label adhesive that causes:

· Low compatibility with UV silicone release  
· Downtime with platen roller clogging and thermal roller printer damage due to insufficient balance between flexibility and strength
