Bostik RENO E742 STRUCTURE is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy repair resin specifically designed for repairing cracks and filling joints in reinforced concrete and sand/cement screeds. The concrete floor crack repair epoxy resin effectively treats fractured bases, crack inducement joints (also known as control joints) and static cracks before the application of Bostik smoothing compounds or damp proof membranes.
The epoxy resin for floors can be applied directly to fill cracks, repair micro-fractured surfaces, and consolidate weak, friable layers of concrete and sand/cement screeds. When paired with glass fibre reinforcing mesh strips, the epoxy concrete sealer can mend cracks and joints wider than 1mm.
RENO E742 STRUCTURE is compatible with modern heating methods, including water-based underfloor heating systems, ensuring subfloor integrity despite temperature fluctuation. This also makes the concrete floor crack repair resin ideal for areas with high solar gain, where floors regularly endure heat from the sun.
The two-part 5kg epoxy resin comprises of a 3.3kg resin and a 1.7kg hardener, which can be easily mixed in the container before application.
