Saying "thank you" is a big part of our culture. You will be acknowledged as a member of Club Uno after your first year of employment with continued celebration through special gifts at five-year intervals throughout your career at Bostik. We also hold Sticking with Bostik celebratory lunches twice a year to recognize everyone who has reached a service milestone.
Giving Back
We believe in making a difference in the communities where we operate – whether through direct volunteerism or financial contributions. As part of our Volunteer Rewards Program, we make cash contributions on behalf of our employees based on hours volunteered. In addition, we match employee qualified charitable contributions through our Matching Gifts Program.
