Bostik F14-588 flame retardant pressure sensitive film adhesive is designed specifically for bonding flexible PVF and vinyl for commercial aircraft and train interiors. Used for decorative laminate mounting, foam bonding, and pre-applied attachment bonding, F14-588 has excellent shear and heat resistance with low smoke generation and OSU heat release. It adheres to many substrates including aluminum, many plastics, and phenolic prepreg honeycomb with good creep and peel characteristics. Its notable features include good plasticizer and shrink resistance, excellent peel and shear strength, and resistance to humidity and elevated temperatures.
