Product overview
Bostik’s L4145-14H is a solvent-based, one-part adhesive designed for various transportation applications. Based on nitrile rubber, this adhesive offers high viscosity. Sold against the BMS 5-14H, L4145-14H offers resistance to the following:
- Oils and plasticizers
- Jet fuel resistance
- Water and detergents
With no curative needed, this solvent-based transportation adhesive is fast drying, and its dried film provides tough elastic bonds. As a result, it forms an ideal bond with the following substrates:
- Vinyl to flexible and rigid plastics, foam and metals for automotive, rail and aerospace interior trim applications
- Fabrics, coated fabrics and vinyl for upholstery applications
- Fibrous, porous and non-porous materials, including aluminum, ABS, vinyl, films and foams, urethanes, nitriles, natural and synthetic fabrics
