Our webs are used in laminating foams, spacers and fabric layers and can provide:

Barrier properties: Our film adhesives are formulated to provide monolayer, bilayer and trilayer liquid barrier properties; these properties help each layer separate to reduce damage likelihood and maintain performance as intended. In particular, they can provide high temperature resistance needed in some exothermic production processes that use liquid urethane; this keeps the liquid from becoming visual to the end consumer.

Compatibility with untreated substrates: Compared to other options, our Aquagrip liquid adhesives offer adhesion to substrates such as TPO, polypropylene, ABS and PC/ABS without requiring common treatment methods (flame treatment, corona or plasma treatment) first. Our automotive seating products include:

PE85 and PA92: Offering different melt points (85°C and 92°C), these automotive seating web adhesives offer good textile hand and uniform adhesive coverage. They are also formulated with wash, oil and plasticizer resistance and can bond to many substrates, including fabrics, foams and vinyls.
TC 5025 CX 03 A/B: This adhesive barrier combination is designed for back injected foam and can create a moisture barrier by adhering the coverstock.
Aquagrip® 3513: A water-based adhesive, Aquagrip offers high tack, a long open time and moderate set speed for seating and lamination applications.
