Our traditional hot melt flooring adhesives and acoustic adhesives include polyester, polyurethane and pressure sensitive. These can provide the following benefits:

Our flooring and acoustic specialty hot melt adhesives include pellets, powders, webs and films that can offer:
- Breathability: Our web flooring adhesives and acoustic adhesives are inherently designed to be lightweight and flexible in addition to being breathable; this allows them to support airflow requirements and increase occupant comfort.
- Perforation: Our films are available in perforated options to help with selective noise and airflow.
- Deep-Draw Formability: Our polyester powders and pellets crystallize quickly, which allows them to form deep draws and different shapes.
- Recyclability: When bonded to polyester-based carpet materials, our polyester specialty hot melts aid in a monomaterial design and can be recycled.
Featured Flooring and Acoustic Adhesive Products
- HM 4135: This product offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as textiles, vinyl films and urethane foam. In addition to a moderate open time and heat activation temperature, it has low application viscosity and works well for automotive edge folding applications.
- Supergrip® 100: Supergrip (SG) 100 is a solvent-free, moisture curing, hot melt polyurethane adhesive that offers room temperature cure, high initial tack and excellent adhesion to substrates including EPS foam, honeycomb and laminate. It also is designed to reduce orange peel effects when laminating flexible components.
- PE 103: This polyester web is designed to offer excellent adhesion to textiles and urethane foam in addition to laundering resistance.
- TC 4060 CX20 MPC: This bilayer, micro perforated product combines high-temperature resistance with noise reduction capabilities. Additionally, its coextruded adhesive layer provides excellent bonding to typical NVH substrates, such as steel, aluminum, plastics and composites.
