MVP4^®

MVP4 Moisture Vapor Protection is a one-part, trowel-applied, moisture-cure urethane membrane designed for use beneath glue-down installations of engineered, solid, and bamboo hardwood flooring. MVP4 is exceptionally easy to trowel and minimizes moisture vapor transmission from the subfloor. It creates a noise reduction barrier over the substrate and establishes an anti-fracture membrane that can bridge cracks up to 1/8" in the substrate before or after installation. MVP4 can be applied prior to any Bostik hardwood adhesive to achieve a warranty for unlimited moisture vapor protection.

This membrane is low in VOCs (as per SCAQMD Rule 1168) and completely water-free. MVP4 features Bostik’s BLOCKADE^® antimicrobial protection, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, mold, or mildew on the cured membrane surface. The cured membrane also resists stains caused by mold.
