TECHFLOW GROUT HS
Bostik Techflow Grout HS is a high strength, non-shrink cementitious grout designed for jobs where ultimate strength matters more than speed. It's pre-mixed and ready to use with just the addition of water, and like the rest of the Techflow range it relies on dual expansion technology to compensate for shrinkage in both the plastic and hardened state. Its standout benefit is strength, reaching up to 95 MPa at 28 days depending on how it's mixed.
That strength ceiling makes it well suited to demanding structural grouting where long-term load-bearing performance is the priority over rapid turnaround. It mixes to a stiff, plastic, or flowable consistency to suit the placement method, so high strength doesn't mean losing flexibility on site.
Why choose Techflow Grout HS?
Techflow Grout HS is a non-rapid setting grout. Its expansion starts at 15 minutes and finishes within 2 to 3 hours. It's tested to ASTM C940, controlling shrinkage as the grout cures. Depending on consistency, it develops 28-day compressive strength of 70 to 95 MPa, among the highest in the Techflow range. Its lower water to cement ratio reduces drying shrinkage and permeability while increasing durability. Techflow Grout HS is made in Australia by Bostik and tested to AS 1478.2, AS/NZS 2350.11, and the relevant ASTM standards for consistency, set time, and expansion.
Where to use it
Techflow Grout HS can be used on clean, sound concrete substrates, free from contaminants and mechanically abraded back to sound concrete, at thicknesses from 10mm to 140mm. Pre-soaking of the substrate for a minimum of 6 hours is required before placement, and the grout must be placed within 25 minutes of mixing.
TIP: If the job needs equipment operational again within hours rather than days, pair this with Techflow Grout HES. Use HS where maximum long-term strength is the goal, and HES where rapid return to service is the priority.
