ULTRA LEVEL SCREED C310

Bostik Ultra Level Screed C310 is a single-component, modified cementitious levelling screed that only needs water added on site, so there's no more mixing sand and cement by hand. It's shrinkage compensated, which keeps cracking to a minimum as it cures, and it sets fast, so most floor coverings can go down within 24 hours. It builds accurate falls quickly and reliably, without the guesswork of a traditional screed mix.
It's suited to wet areas needing controlled falls, as well as external balconies and ramps, and it bonds strongly to concrete and fibre cement sheet substrates. It can be walked on in around an hour and takes a waterproofing membrane after just four hours, keeping projects moving without long delays between trades.

Where to use it
Ultra Level Screed C310 works on concrete and fibre cement sheet substrates, including fibre cement over particleboard, across residential, commercial, and medium-industrial applications. 

TIP: Prime porous substrates with Ultra Multiprime A530 before applying Ultra Level Screed C310, and where the slab is carrying excess moisture, treat it first with Ultra Moisture Seal E500 as a vapour barrier. Each plays a different role in the system, priming, sealing, and levelling, and getting the sequence right is what makes the finished floor perform.
