DAMPFIX®IMMERSED
Dampfix Immersed is a two-component, water-based, acrylic-modified cementitious waterproofing membrane made in Australia, formulated to waterproof internal wet areas, external balconies, rooftops, podiums, and constantly submerged applications such as swimming pools, ponds and spas when covered by tile. It's a high-build, fast-drying system engineered specifically for permanent water contact.

Why choose Dampfix Immersed?
Dampfix Immersed Rapid Liquid is classified Class 2 to AS 4858:2004 and Class 1 to AS 4654.1:2012, meets AS 3740 and AS 4654.2, and is compatible with AS/NZS 2269-2004 structural plywood. It recoats in 1 to 2 hours, can be tiled in as little as 4 hours in non-critical areas, and is flood testable after 24 hours.
Where to use it
Dampfix Immersed waterproofs concrete, cement-rendered masonry, FC sheeting, water-resistant plasterboard and structural plywood. Mixed 1:1 by weight (a 20kg powder kit with 20 litres of liquid), it's applied by brush, roller or trowel to a minimum dry film thickness of 0.8mm on walls and 1.25mm on floors, and works with Bostik tile adhesive systems.

- Under tile or other wearing surface systems to external balconies, rooftops, and podium levels when installed to AS/NZ 4654.2.
- As an exposed waterproofing membrane to external applications subjected to light pedestrian traffic only
- Suitable for concrete; cement rendered masonry; FC sheeting; water resistant plasterboard; and structural plywood (Type A Stamped “PAA JAS-ANZ” to AS/NZS 2269- 2004) substrates
