STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders received before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the following working day.
PICK UP (Dependent on Stock Availability)
Pick up is available from the below distribution points. Please call 1800 BOSTIK to arrange, and note the following:
- Monday to Friday only.
- Minimum 2 hours notification is required for warehouse to accomodate pick-ups.
- Hi-Vis safety vest and safety wear must be worn at all warehouse sites.

Deliveries requiring specialised vehicles will require a quote and may incur additional fees.
ORDERS & PRICING
- Orders over $600 are delivered free in-store. Any orders under this amount incur a delivery surcharge.
- All prices on our published price lists are exclusive of GST.
- Prices shown on a published price list may be subject to change with at least 30 days notice.
GOODS RETURN
- Returned goods will incur a 20% (by value) restocking fee, plus freight charges.
- All charges are exclusive of GST.
- Claims relating to discrepancies with orders must be submitted to Bostik Australia within 7 business days of invoice.
