Fortunately, Bostik’s pouch cell adhesives, based on hot melt pressure sensitive (HMPSA) and water-based technologies, are designed to make it easy, offering:

  • High vibration resistance and protection from swelling for improved battery safety
  • Strong adhesion properties and temperature resistance up to 80°C for strengthened durability
  • Thin adhesive layers for optimized battery and light weight designs
  • Automated process with high volume production thanks to low viscosity (4500 mPa.s at 175°C) leading to excellent sprayability and fast swirl spraying
