Celebrating and supporting women who are changing the world

On the back of the diversity goals of our parent company, Arkema, and in honour of International Women's Day, we are proud to announce the launch of the SHECan! project at Bostik.

SHECan! is designed to support the advancement of women at Bostik. Through a series of initiatives, we’ll build a network that aims to secure more women in leadership. Activities include: 
 
  • Regular learning circles, where women come together to share their knowledge and experiences
  • Dedicated training to enhance the competencies of women, such as resiliency, agility, and the art of influencing
  • Mental and physical health events 
  • Celebrating the wins of our female employees
Both Arkema and Bostik are determined to tackle the risk of the "glass ceiling" phenomenon, in an industry that many see as male-dominated. We're actively working towards developing gender equity at all levels of Bostik through a framework that empowers and retains diverse and inclusive talent.

Our women are changing the world through their innovations, and are role models for younger generations of women who want to pursue their careers and break the glass ceiling. The SHECan! project will ensure they are recognised and celebrated at every opportunity.
