A new exterior for our best-in-class hybrid sealant
Bostik Seal 'N' Flex® Advance has a new exterior, and is now known as Bostik Seal 'N' Flex® Facade H725.
The updated name reflects the true nature of our hybrid construction sealant. Best suited for work on precast and tilt-up panels, brickwork and blockwork, and aluminium windows, 'Facade' makes it clear that we've formulated this sealant with external applications in mind.
The other change is the addition of our technology codes. H725 tells you this sealant is a hybrid, and it's made to be the best quality.
The isocyanate and solvent-free hybrid technology takes the best characteristics of our traditional polyurethane sealants and makes them less hazardous. The resulting sealant is more durable, less affected by weather and temperature fluctuations, and ideal for use in a broad range of applications.
Facade H725 cures to an elastic, bubble-free seal, and has a movement capability of ± 50%. It also features certified non-staining technology.
