SEAL 'N' FLEX^® FACADE H725

Bostik Seal 'N' Flex^® Façade H725 is a high quality, professional low modulus sealant based on hybrid technology. It cures with atmospheric humidity to form a durable, elastic rubber and is built to withstand weathering conditions such as rain, UV, snow, sleet, ozone and atmospheric pollution.
Suitable for interior and exterior use on façades and cladding systems, it accommodates ±50% joint movement on glass, concrete and aluminium, making it a dependable choice for façade contractors managing joints exposed to constant weather and thermal cycling.

Its low modulus, hybrid formula absorbs ±50% joint movement without cracking or losing adhesion, and cures bubble-free for a clean, consistent finish. It's free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents, remains permanently elastic, and is unaffected by tooling method, giving installers flexibility on site. It's applicable on damp or moist substrates and adheres without primer to standard concrete, mortar, bare aluminium and glass, cutting prep time on straightforward substrates.
It carries some of the strongest façade-specific credentials in the range, including a BRANZ Appraisal for natural weathering and accelerated UV ageing testing, alongside EMICODE EC1 Plus, ISEGA, BREEAM and Singapore Green Building Council certifications. It's also paintable with water-based and most 2-component paints.

Where to use it
Seal 'N' Flex^® Façade H725 suits in-situ concrete floors and walls, precast and tilt-up panels, metal cladding, aluminium composite panels, glazing applications (not for high-rise buildings), brickwork and blockwork, rendered masonry, plasterboard and fibre cement sheet.
Metal cladding, aluminium composite panels and glazing applications should undergo Pre-Tested Adhesion to Substrate (P.A.T.S.) testing before use.
