ROOF & GUTTER

Bostik Roof & Gutter is a neutral curing, 100% silicone sealant built for metal roofing, gutters, and general plumbing work. It cures with atmospheric moisture into a permanently flexible seal, so it moves with the building rather than cracking away from it. Once cured, it handles a generous ±25% joint movement, giving it real headroom on roofs and metal fixtures that expand and contract with the weather.
It's a strong fit for metal water tanks, spouting, flashing, and downpipes, as well as lap joints on Colorbond^® and Zincalume^® sheeting, skylights, flues, and air conditioning ducting. Plumbers and roofers rely on it because it stays put through rain, snow, and swings in temperature without breaking down, so a seal applied today is still doing its job years on.

Where to use it
Roof & Gutter bonds well to steel, aluminium, glass, concrete, brick, ceramic, terracotta, and decorative sheet metals like Colorbond^® and Zincalume^®. 
I should be avoided on aquariums, mirrors, structural glazing, polycarbonate sheeting, and underwater or below-grade joints.
