V60 ARCHITECTURAL GRADE SILICONE

Bostik V60 is a one component, non-flowing, high modulus, neutral cure architectural silicone, formulated to bond painted and anodized aluminium, glass, mirrors and composite metal panels for two-sided structural glazing and weather sealing. It skins in 8 minutes and is tack-free in 30 minutes, giving installers a fast, dependable seal on architectural glazing work.
Suitable for curtain wall and building facade weather sealing as well as drinking water tank manufacturing, it's led the glass market for over 25 years, for its low VOC formulation and compliance across multiple structural glazing standards.

It's a neutral cure, high modulus, thixotropic sealant that won't slump in typical construction joints, with a fast skin time of 8 minutes and tack-free time of 30 minutes. It delivers excellent U.V. stability and excellent natural ageing stability, maintaining its elastomeric properties permanently even under harsh conditions and temperature extremes, backed by excellent accelerated ageing and weathering performance to ASTM C792 and a peel strength after UV through glass of 89N/25mm. 

Where to use it
Bostik V60 bonds painted and anodized aluminium, glass, mirrors (not vinyl-backed) and composite metal panels. It's suited to two-sided structural glazing, fin glazing, laminated, reflective and toughened glass, general glazing, splashbacks, curtain walls, building facades and drinking water tank manufacturing*.
It is not suitable for copper, brass or polycarbonate sheeting.
