V70 STRUCTURAL GLAZING SILICONE

Bostik V70 is a one component, non-flowing, high modulus, neutral cure architectural silicone, formulated to bond glass, metal panels and composite panel stiffeners for structurally glazed curtain wall systems. It's engineered for both two-sided and four-sided structural glazing, with high strength and very good unprimed adhesion to a broad range of building substrates, giving facade contractors a single sealant for demanding curtain wall projects.
Suitable for automotive glazing and general building weather seals as well as structural curtain wall work, it's ideal for large-scale, four-sided glazing where an extended working window and long-term durability are needed.

It's a neutral cure, high modulus, thixotropic sealant that won't slump in typical construction joints. With a skin time of 8 minutes and a tack-free time of 50 minutes, it gives installers a longer working window on large installations. Where to use it
Bostik V70 bonds glass and metal panels for structurally glazed curtain wall systems, both two-sided and four-sided. It's suited to fin glazing, toughened glass assemblies, building weather seals, automotive glazing, and adhering composite panels and stiffeners for metal panels.
It is not suitable for aquariums, swimming pools, polycarbonate sheeting, copper, brass, or untested stone substrates.
