SEAL 'N' FLEX® FC P577
Bostik Seal 'N' Flex® FC P577 is a high performance, fast-cure, one-component polyurethane sealant, proudly made in Australia. It delivers a fast tack-free time and cure rate of 2.5-3mm per 24 hours, with high bond strength and a non-slumping formula suited to demanding trafficable and industrial joints.
Suitable for construction, expansion, floor and concrete joints, it is built to handle trafficable areas such as roads, runways, aprons and pavements, as well as industrial and commercial environments including service stations, hangars and bunded areas.
Why choose Seal 'N' Flex® FC P577?
Its fast-cure polyurethane formula is non-slumping with high bond strength, giving reliable performance in busy trafficable joints. It's resistant to fungal attack, hydrolysis, ageing and a wide range of chemicals, making it well suited to bunded and chemical-exposure areas, and offers excellent acoustic properties for sound-sensitive applications. It's paintable after 24 hours with water-borne coatings and certified for use with potable water (AS/NZS 4020:2018), extending its use into water tank applications. As a one-component formula, it requires no mixing, and it's made in Australia.
Where to use it
Seal 'N' Flex® FC P577 bonds and seals concrete, mortar, blockwork and plasterboard, bare aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel (priming recommended for non-porous metals), GRC, fibreglass and specialty cladding panels, and u-PVC and various plastics (with Bostik N40 Primer). It's also used for perimeter sealing of doors and windows, potable water tanks, and pick-resistant areas including prisons, schools and public amenities.
It is not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene or PTFE.
