SEAL 'N' FLEX^® PREMIUM P795

Bostik Seal 'N' Flex^® Premium P795 is a high modulus polyurethane sealant and flexible adhesive in one, proudly made in Australia. Designed for construction and expansion joints, including joints in pedestrian walkways, it also works as an elastic adhesive for most common building materials. Once cured, it forms a durable seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of +100%/-50%.
Suitable for interior and exterior use, its 2-in-1 sealant and adhesive design and high mechanical resistance make it a versatile choice for demanding construction, façade and pedestrian-trafficked applications.

Why choose Seal 'N' Flex^® Premium P795?
As a 2-in-1 sealant and adhesive, it reduces the need to have separate products for sealing and bonding jobs. Its high modulus formula delivers high mechanical resistance while still absorbing +100%/-50% cyclic movement, and it handles joint widths from 5mm up to 50mm. It cures bubble-free, is sag-free and unaffected by tooling method, and remains permanently elastic and UV resistant once cured. It's paintable after a minimum of 7 days and applicable on damp or moist substrates, and it adheres without primer to standard concrete, mortar and bare aluminium, with Bostik N49 or N40 Primer recommended for porous or non-porous problem substrates.
It comes with a full suite of certifications including AS/NZS 4020 potable water approval and ISEGA food-contact compliance.

Where to use it
Seal 'N' Flex^® Premium P795 suits in-situ concrete and render, precast and tilt-up panels, brickwork and blockwork, plasterboard, fibre cement sheet, pedestrian walkways and airport runways, aluminium windows, granite, sandstone and marble, and GRC, fibreglass and specialty panel systems.
As an adhesive, it bonds floor trims, skirting boards and other common building materials including concrete, wood, aluminium and brickwork.
Aluminium and specialty panel substrates should undergo Pre-Tested Adhesion to Substrate (P.A.T.S.) testing before use.
