Ideally located near the Ermont train station, Le Pavillon Amélie is a contemporary senior residence offering 134 fully equipped apartments, from studios to two-bedroom units. Designed for comfort, autonomy, and well-being, the residence features a wide range of premium amenities: a heated indoor pool, on-site restaurant, relaxation lounge, beauty salon, and fitness area. With its modern design and dedicated spaces for socialising and self-care, Le Pavillon Amélie provides a secure and vibrant living environment tailored to today’s seniors.

Various areas were completed, including rooms, a restaurant, bathrooms, and a swimming pool. Wall Protection and Hygiene
- Adhesives for PVC wall panels and hygienic cladding in kitchens and bathrooms.
