Project overview
With a floor area of approximately 25,000 m², Lightwell, Arkema's new head office, aims to be a benchmark not only in terms of workspace but also of living space. It has been designed to be modern and collaborative, and so induces seamless exchanges and synergies between the Group's teams. Furthermore, Lightwell is ideally located in the center of the Esplanade de La Défense and is very well served by a large public transport network which will facilitate interactions with
the Group's numerous stakeholders and also contribute to Arkema's attractiveness.
This new headquarters also showcases Arkema's know-how and materials in terms of performance and sustainability. Bostik®’s solutions were extensively used for the preparation and installation of flooring and tiles, ensuring performance and durability.
The premium coatings from Ideal Work®, another brand of the Group, also add an aesthetic and functional touch to several areas of the building. Furthermore, designed to anticipate the energy standards of 2050, Lightwell operates entirely on renewable energy, and aims for HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent certifications.
