1. DAMP PROOF MEMBRANE
Natural rising damp through a concrete slab
Main Causes:
- New or renovation subfloors exposed to rising damp
- Building located in a flood zone
- Hydrostatic pressure dur to poor drainage of rainwater (proximity to water table)

- Apply with a spatula TKB-B2
- Coverage: 500-600g/m²
2. RESIDUAL MOISTURE
The amount of water remaining in the subfloor before the complete drying of a cement screed or concrete floor
Main causes:
- Indufficient drying time
- High humidity
- Lack of aeration/ ventilation
- Water infiltration

- Apply with a spatula TKB-B1
- Coverage: 300-400g/m²
4 steps for a perfect preparation of your subfloor!
- STEP 1: Pour all the resin into the hardener and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- STEP 2: Apply the two-component epoxy resin with a spatula TKB-B2 (500-600g/m²).
- STEP 3: After the application, use a spiked roller over the entire surface to avoid any risk of air bubbles. Allow to dry for approximately 4h at 20ºC.
- STEP 4: Apply GRIP A936 XPRESS sanded primer with a short hair roller (100-120 g/m²). Allow a drying time of 2 hours before applying the self-levelling compound.
