SEAL 'N' FLEX® FACADE H725
Bostik Seal N' Flex® Façade H725 is a premium, low modulus, high-performance hybrid sealant designed for long-lasting flexibility in construction and façade joints. Formulated with advanced hybrid technology, it delivers excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials without the need for a primer on most non-porous surfaces.
This professional-grade sealant is ideal for expansion, perimeter, connection, and precast concrete joints, including those in pedestrian walkways. It offers superior weather resistance, UV stability, and movement accommodation of up to ±50% joint movement on glass, concrete & aluminum, making it perfect for both interior and exterior applications.
Bostik Seal N' Flex® Façade H725 is free from isocyanates and solvents, emits very low VOCs (EC1 Plus), and is compliant with international standards including EN 15651 and ASTM C920. It is over-paintable, non-staining, and maintains elasticity over time, ensuring a clean, durable finish in demanding environments.

About Seal N' Flex® H725 Facade
- Features hybrid sealant technology commonly referred to as SPUR (Silyl-Terminated Polyurethane)

Recommended Uses
Seal N’ Flex® Facade is suitable for most common building and construction materials including concrete, brickwork, painted wood, enamel, aluminium (including COLORBOND® and ALUCOBOND®), stainless steel and a variety of plastics.
